Subject to these performance terms, SwissNC, a product of jbdStudio, LLC., grants your designated industrial manufacturing facility a limited, non-transferable, revocable software license to operate the OpEdit multi-channel desktop environment. In the case of free software downloads, this software license is valid strictly for a term of 12 months from the date of the last download grant. Continued utilization past this period requires a structural license renewal or a new authorized database token provisioning.
Access links generated by our database infrastructure are unique and strictly locked to your requesting environment parameters. You explicitly agree not to bypass token mechanics, modify binary payload configurations, mirror file links, or distribute deployment components to unauthorized external infrastructure environments.
All toolpath alignment engines, synchronization algorithms, split-pane syntax display architectures, and text parsing routines embedded within OpEdit are the exclusive property of SwissNC. You are strictly prohibited from attempting to decompile, reverse-engineer, unbundle database entities, or extract operational source libraries from the platform executable environment.
G-Code outputs, channel alignments, and synchronization edits generated by OpEdit are reference tools only and must be thoroughly verified by a qualified technician prior to spindle execution. SWISSNC, ITS DEVELOPERS, AND OPERATORS SHALL HAVE ABSOLUTELY ZERO LIABILITY FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER. SwissNC accepts no liability and has NONE for CNC machine crashes, tool or collet destruction, broken spindles, scrap material expenses, physical shop-floor injuries, or facility downtime resulting from software formatting behavior, errors, or omissions. You run all generated blocks entirely at your own risk.
By downloading, installing, or deploying OpEdit, you agree to fully indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SwissNC, its developers, owners, and operators from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, actions, liabilities, and expenses (including legal and attorney fees) arising directly or indirectly from your implementation, deployment, or use of the software on live production equipment or machinery.
These Terms and your use of the software shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania (PA), without regard to its conflict of law principles. You explicitly agree that if there is a dispute, any legal action, claim, or proceeding arising out of or relating to these terms or our software must be brought and disputed exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Pennsylvania, and you hereby submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
THE SWISSNC OPEDIT UTILITY ENGINE IS DISPATCHED "AS IS" WITHOUT ANY REPRESENTATION OF COMMERCIAL WARRANTY, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. COMPUTER PARSING GRAPHICS CAN EXTRACT VARYING SYSTEM RESULTS BASED ON INDIVIDUAL CNC MACHINE FIRMWARE MATRIX PARAMETERS AND CONTROLLER LAYOUTS.
SwissNC reserves the right to invalidate secure download tokens and suspend organization authorization pools without prior warning if any manipulation of token verification routes or security throttling bypass techniques is identified.
